Thank you! Thank you to all those who have shown us support in one way or the other especially during my first days at the helm of StilFresh (marine cargo claims recovery specialists).
My first task was to share the podium with other qualified and committed members of our Douala team to discuss with industry players on marine cargo claims recoveries with a particular attention to the nuances of the local market. The topic of our presentation was Cargo Claims Recoveries: Charting the course for a new era. The success of the seminar is owed to our Messrs Diana Nguini (bilingual lawyer) and Marcel Ngibip (chartered ship broker). The general participation during Q&A was a clear indication that the industry is ready to propel itself to the next level.

Subrogation Recovery Seminar
Following our core values of Care and Honesty, the StilFresh team and I have taken a strong commitment to raise the bar across our different offices (Douala, Johannesburg and London) when it comes to service delivery and we have set up the infrastructure to help us achieve this goal.
” We understand the diversity and challenges of the African market not only because of our experience on the ground but also because it is in our blood“
Through our industry-first bespoke StilFresh Platform and the regular no cure no pay model, we will save costs by rigorously pursuing recoveries on behalf of
- Marine Insurers
- Brokers
- International traders and
- Charterers.
I look forward to working with you all.
