Our Mr Marcel Ngibip will be talking on time bars on the African continent and how they can impact your business or bottom line especially with the passing of the AfCFTA.
In this session, we will combine experiences drawn from across the continent. We will look at the various international conventions and compare them with certain local laws to draw differences and highlight areas of concern for cargo owners and their insurance companies.
